Using YouTube TrueView ads, I’m able to recover many abandoned carts on a consistent basis. I also leverage YouTube campaigns to boost customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Facebook’s lookalike audience feature helps you build on your success by finding potential patients with similar attributes to those existing patients. I created ads targeting those who recently moved to the area nearby the client’s dental practice. I also used the story strategy to attract more attention. I created a short video as a visual that showcased the dental practice’s unique qualities and told an interesting narrative.

With that setup, I was able to give more control over the Google Ads account and help to achieve the client’s new patient goals much faster. I sent the audiences to a landing page with CTA (call-to-action) to collect their name, phone number and email. I first sent out a welcome email with a coupon for the offer, followed by a lead nurturing campaign. A well-crafted email sequence is a vital part of the marketing arsenal.
